Lola Reyes, Flamenco dancer

Lola Reyes was born in Barcelona, where flamenco has been an essential part of her life from a young age. Her first encounter with flamenco came through family gatherings, and by the age of six, she had already begun her training and taken her first steps on stage. Today, she continues to refine her craft while performing in some of Barcelona’s most renowned tablaos.

She is currently training professionally at La Tani’s school in Barcelona under the guidance of La Tani, Yolanda Cortés, and Eduardo Cortés on guitar. Additionally, she takes classes at La Capitana school in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat with José Manuel Álvarez, at José de La Vega’s school (Barcelona) with Sara Barrero, and with Rebeca Monasterio.

Over the years, she has had the privilege of studying with flamenco masters such as Inés Rubio, Miguel Ángel Heredia, Farruquito, Pastora Galván, Paloma Fantova, Águeda Saavedra, José Maya, Carmelilla Montoya, Eva La Yerbabuena, Pedro Córdoba, El Choro, Mara Rey, La Talegona, Moisés Navarro, José Montes, La Lupi, La Repompa, La Moneta, Susana Escoda, Marina Valiente, Belén López, El Torombo, among others.Flamenco in Barcelona
